About Amy Chhom

Amy Chhom is the founder and owner of Optimized Property Consulting. For two decades, Amy has focused her career on building significant knowledge and expertise in real estate. Her work in family offices, healthcare settings, and corporate high-tech has provided her with the unique ability to understand the entire life cycle of real estate in various capacities within facilities management, commercial real estate and affordable housing.

Amy is a licensed real estate agent who holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Art Education degree from the Massachusetts College of Art & Design and a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from MIT’s School of Architecture and Planning. She has been named an Outstanding Women in Business by Business NH Magazine and was included in the Union Leader’s New Hampshire 40 Under 40 list in 2013. She is highly engaged as a volunteer and board member with several organizations in Southern New Hampshire and is also an alumnus of Leadership Greater Manchester and Leadership New Hampshire.
